• Platform: All Code Craft services including the website, digital products, and related platforms.

• Client: Any business or individual using our services.

• Services: Any offerings provided by Code Craft, including but not limited to web development, marketing, or consultation.

Article 2 – User Obligations

• Provide accurate information during onboarding or communication.

• Comply with all UAE and international applicable laws.

• Maintain confidentiality of login and access credentials.

Article 3 – Use of Services

• Services must not be used for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes.

• Code Craft reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.

Article 4 – Payments

• Clients agree to settle invoices on time.

• Failure to pay may lead to service delays or suspension.

• Payments are processed through secure, authorized gateways.

Article 5 – Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with formal notice.

• Outstanding payments must be cleared prior to service closure.

Article 6 – Limitation of Liability

• Code Craft is not liable for indirect damages or third-party service failures.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Article 7 – Amendments

• We reserve the right to update these terms.

• Clients will be notified of significant changes by email or website.

Article 8 – Privacy Policy

Article 9 – Communication

• Clients agree to receive service-related communication via email or platform notifications.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property

• All designs, code, and written content created by Code Craft remain the property of the company unless otherwise agreed.

• Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution is prohibited.

Article 11 – Complaints & Disputes

• Complaints may be submitted via email: info@codecraft.ae.

• Disputes will be handled amicably or escalated to UAE legal authorities if required.

Article 12 – Service Suspension

• Code Craft reserves the right to suspend access due to misuse or violation of these terms.

Article 13 – Refunds & Revisions

• Refunds are evaluated case-by-case as per service agreement.

• Revisions or replacements follow pre-agreed project scopes.

Article 14 – Service Changes

• Code Craft may discontinue or modify services with reasonable notice.

Article 15 – Warranties

• Services are provided “as is”. We make no guarantees regarding third-party tools or platforms.

Article 16 – General Conduct

• Clients must act ethically and avoid any misuse of our services.

Article 17 – Support

• Support is available during UAE business hours via email or WhatsApp.

Article 18 – Account Cancellation

• Clients may request account or service cancellation with written notice.

Article 19 – Client Responsibility

• Clients must provide clear, timely inputs and approve deliverables.

Article 20 – Project Scope

• All deliverables are based on the agreed scope and timeline outlined in the proposal.

Article 21 – Content Guidelines

• Clients are responsible for the legality of submitted content.

Article 22 – Marketing & Promotion

• Code Craft may showcase completed projects for portfolio purposes, unless otherwise requested.

Article 23 – Indemnity

• Clients agree to indemnify Code Craft against claims arising from misuse, illegal content, or breach of these terms.

Article 24 – Force Majeure

• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, outages, etc.).

Article 25 – Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by UAE laws.

• Disputes shall be handled in UAE courts.

Article 26 – Language

• English is the official language of these terms. Arabic versions are available for convenience.

Article 27 – Acceptance

By using our services, you confirm full agreement to these terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
